In general, we recommend our clients to take the coaching programs in combination with an in-house ayurveda therapy retreat at the Germany-based Veda Villa destination spa.

Flow Yoga

Yoga theory and practise as a group experience. This flexible group course is offered 5 x per week at the Veda Villa Ayurveda Spa. Flow Yoga is designed to experience inner balance. Starting time is at 5 pm. For outside guests, a registration is required.

A lesson lasts for 90 minutes. Continuing course with flexible entry and exit.

Personal Balance

HumanFlow's systematic, 6-step coaching program for inner harmony and crisis therapy. To see a program example, please click hier>>. Personal coaching at the Veda Villa.

7-8 days in a row, or distributed over a month

ABC Program

HumanFlow's short program for self-help against stress and Burn-out. We take you on the Walk of a Monk, teach you a daily routine for inner strength, and show you how to let go of emotional conditioning. Personal Coaching at the Veda Villa.

Awaken-your-Soul Weekend-Program

The weekend program (Fri. - Sun.) for inspiration, and vitalisation of body, mind and spirit focuses on prevention and relaxation. Personal or group coaching (1 to 6 individuals) with Veda Villa stay.
