In our experience, for the vast majority of people, one to two weeks of FlowKur is enough to gain distance, break the stress cycle and gather valuable new impulses that systematically help to achieve sustainable balance in everyday life at home. However, six days are not enough for complete regeneration and healing in the event of burnout, but can only be the start towards healing, self-respect and regeneration.
Who is the FlowKur for?
At the latest when you are at the mercy of constant inner pressure, restlessness, anxiety or exhaustion, like a physically ill person with pain, fever or paralysis, then you need support and should change something. The FlowKur is a therapeutic option to break the stress cycle, come back to yourself and take the first active steps towards more everyday balance.
Who is the FlowKur not suitable for?
The FlowKur is an active, resource-based approach to change with the aim of achieving independence, greater awareness and inner balance. This requires not only a willingness to change, but also the ability to undergo therapy. The FlowKur is therefore not suitable for extreme sleep disorders and a diagnosis of severe depression. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What is the daily routine like?
Here's an example: our day starts with a healthy smoothie breakfast at 8:15 am. Meditation with Angelica follows at 9:00 am. Afterwards, at 11:00 am, there is a psychotherapeutic talk with Falk. The delicious 3-course vegetarian lunch starts at 13:00. At 15:00 you will get a therapeutic massage. Then, at 17:00, there will be a Yin Yoga session with Angelica. Afterwards, the day ends at the HumanFlow Institute with dinner at 18:30.
How sustainable is the FlowKur?
To increase the sustainability of the FlowKur, we develop an individual four-week plan for everyday life at home together at the end of the stay. We also offer the option of systematic follow-up support by telephone or Zoom.
Do you still have questions about the FlowKur? Then send us a non-binding contact request and we will advise you individually. Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail or contact us by phone at any time.
