Ideal for self-research and in-depth study
Coaching method developed from psychotherapy.
Less suffering instead of more optimization.
The Greek philosopher Socrates called on his fellow human beings to question their unexamined convictions - only then could a good life succeed. In painful states of chronic restlessness, overthinking, narrowness or exhaustion, the need for deeper questioning, both externally and internally, is even more urgent. The question, however, is how to get beyond the surface? And how could a lasting change in the psyche, brain and life force work without having to repeatedly and laboriously create, believe or hope for something? How do you develop a deep relationship with yourself? And what is that actually?
We will explore these and other questions together and use applied coaching practice to examine different disorders, approaches, tools, perspectives and processes to promote mental health. Topics covered include
Of course, we don't know your answers, but we will help you to find them yourself: openly, calmly and independently. We call this self-research. The 9-month Mental Health Coach (MHC) training course is first and foremost for you. Only in second place is how you can professionally support others on the path to mental well-being and quality of life. Using a variety of techniques and strategies, you will practise helping clients to overcome their emotional, psychological and social challenges in a more sustainable way.
Mental health coaching promotes self-awareness, reduces stress, improves emotional regulation, strengthens relationships and helps with early intervention and prevention of anxiety, depression, burnout and self-esteem problems, among other things. The HF method has been tried and tested in psychotherapy and coaching practice for many years, but is not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment.
The training inspires personal development and, unlike many other coaching training and further education courses, aims primarily at less suffering and unhappiness in the long term, rather than at optimizing potential or constant happiness.

"In my daily work, the Human Flow Coach training helps me to access the psyche of my patients in order to understand them better and to remind them that they are equipped with an ability that will often enable them to face the challenges of their lives with courage. As a Human Flow Coach, I see myself as a guide who may lead people out of a lost, dark path in a mountain... in my left hand a mirror to remind these people of themselves, in my right hand a torch to give them light. As Human Flow Coaches, we give light to a light."
"The HumanFlow coach training was an enormous enrichment for me personally and professionally. Personally, because really good further training starts with the coach's personal skills. Knowing, reflecting on and managing yourself is simply part of it. Professionally, the training has made me a better coach, as I can now recognize even more possibilities and correlations and thus offer them to my coachees. My scope for thinking, feeling and acting has increased and I am very grateful for that."
"The training invited me on a longer learning process, a journey to myself, to my humanistic values and to more and more compassion and life energy. It has changed my perspective and laid the foundation for being able to increasingly accompany other people on their own journey. This is also a great enrichment for my work with young people."
"The training to become a Human Flow Coach is a comprehensive and very good opportunity to delve deeper into the topic of mindfulness and coaching. As an HR manager and coach, I have received and trained in many additional possibilities and can now act in a much more qualified way with the individual challenges in coaching. Angelica and Falk's excellent experience is the main reason why this training is so unique."
"I was fascinated by the simplicity and clarity of this unique method and by the authenticity, professionalism and warmth of the trainers. This further training is a double benefit: with the 7 principles I was able to get to know - and learn to use - an ingenious tool; by dealing with this extensive material, my own process was automatically set in motion, so that many things were allowed to dissolve. The training is very practical, so that I enjoy putting it into practice. It helps me to live my heart's business: I have started a meditation group and I accompany people who are in a similar situation as I was 12 years ago, I am allowed to introduce them to these wonderful tools and guide them to use them in everyday life, so that the joy of life, of truth, of the now becomes reality!"
Over nine months you will learn the 8 HF principles (Module I, II), take part in a meditation retreat (Module III), experience the dynamics of process work in coaching, practise with other participants and develop the basics of conscious self-presentation and client focus.
The training takes place primarily in Badenweiler and is supplemented by a monthly Zoom meeting, readings and trial coaching sessions. Module I lasts from Sunday to Sunday, Module II from Wednesday to Sunday, Module III from Thursday to Sunday and Module IV (ritual, celebration and optional exam) from Friday to Sunday. In the event of scheduling difficulties, the modular structure also allows flexible, staggered participation.
The HF system contains powerful, diverse tools, practices and principles with the aim of individual self-exploration and self-care. We use the insights gained from this to form a personal "fitness plan" for the psyche that is suitable for everyday use. It serves as a systemic basis for a balanced, active mental health care process. For sustainability, the coach accompanies this practice and constant developments in the client for 2 months.
